Our suspension restoration process includes a complete Ohlin's seal kit, with a newly designed bushing seal head,  New Ohlin's shock oil  and Nitrogen Charged expansion cylinder.

Main body to color match back to OEM for the Museum Restoration Level.

Custom exterior finish, powder coated color match to OEM or any color combination you prefer.  All for the same price

Disassembly inspection, main shaft dimension ware check, Main Body inspection, Re machined Seal head, install new bronze bushing, 2 New double lip seals  installed. Exterior refinish Finished exterior colors to customer specs. Verified function operation on our shock test fixture. New Hiem Joints if required. New Oil and Nitrogen charged to shock or advanced pressure for calibrated valving schedule.

Revalving upgrades available to match riding conditions and weight of rider applied to interior fork valve function schedule.
